In a little over a week this plan has totally transformed my life. I have lost 6 pounds and my flabby middle is disappearing right before my eyes. Good luck' I had a lot of hope and was a bit disappointed. It was way too much food! My weight loss was comparable to other diets. I did like the healthy foods and the eating plan was interesting and doable. I may consider trying the diet again but I would eat as of I only had 20 lbs to use. Four weeks of following the plan weight loss: Week 1-6, week 2-2, week 3-2, week 4-gained 2 for a net weight loss of 8...pretty disappointing, because I stuck to it perfectly. I even gave up boxing.
