Adorable story of a love gone wrong to finding a love you wanted all along. Not only is this a love story but it also portrays a young woman becoming a woman and asking herself what SHE really wants in life and love. Annie discovers who she is as opposed to who she has been. You never know what you have good or bad until it's gone, when you let something go it could be gone forever or not.....A great quick read that will brighten your day. Four stars = I really liked it, as in I so enjoyed reading this. Not four stars as in this is a literary masterpiece. Are you looking for your next vacation read? May I suggest this book? It's kind of like a Sophie Kinsella book without the bumbling-to-the-point-of-annoying heroine and without all the language. (although there is some strong language, but not a lot as I recall.) The plot slipped into a bit of the unbelievable towards the end, but I forgave it.And bonus: it's not super long. I'm going to look up other books by this author.
A fun romp! Just when you think you know which way Annie is turning, you get a punch in the jaw!
