i slipped...coming to this one, back in june i read it, finishing on the 20th of june, 2014. here it is the day after christmas. i was over there at...amazon...buying books, kindle or used or possibly new...glanced at this one, saw the "koontz" name..."dan" is close to dean...but it now with one click. ooga booga!it is a good story...gave it four-stars...even though i could have got bent out of shape...turned into lou maybe...veins-a-poppin...read it...liked it...don't recall much about it save that it does have to do with the internet...seems like...details are trying to rise to the surface of that pond called memory. cue the soundtrack. splish splash i was takin a bath! I am the father of adopted children, so that caused my interest to be piqued by this story. The premise is almost frighteningly plausible. And at times while reading, I felt like I had slithered through a slime pit. However, it is well thought out, I felt it moved at a good pace, and if you enjoy some slight psychological discomfort, I think you could find this story enjoyable. Makes me want to hug my kids a little tighter.
What do You think about The I.P.O. (2013)?
I was a ok book for me but the ending was interesting how it all worked out.

A rather implausible story but a mildly interesting read.
