I like premise of getting up and getting organised but this book contains too much psuedo science which discredits the rest of the content in my opinion. There are many of the popular bullshido claims in the section on what to eat. It caused me to wonder how much of the rest of the book is simply made up. I researched affirmations and found little evidence that they work and a report in psychology today that they can lower self esteem. There are also several typos which make me wonder if it was written in a hurry with very little research and lots of made up claims and opinion. This book has already done more for my well-being than any other self-help book I've read, and I only finished it yesterday. Organizing my life has always been more of a panic attack-inducing experience than anything else. However, Hal gives shlubs like me a great blueprint to get our lives in line. There's no magic blue pill in here, it's just sometimes you need someone to give you their version of common sense in order for it to finally click. Highly recommended.
