Another enjoyable book from the Rei Shimura mysteries. The main problem I have with this book is that it's not set in Japan like in previous books, which is one of the chief reasons I began reading this series in the first place. It isn't fair to say this book is bad for that reason, but it is just a little upsetting seeing the main character forced to be somewhere that she doesn't consider to be home. However, I do feel like that feeling is something people can relate to, so I didn't give it a lower rating just because I would have preferred it to be set in Japan.
