Great story, characters, events! I loved this book and I find it is book 1 of a series. The President's Henchman is her husband who doesn't want to sit around the White House and do nothing. He starts his own PI business with an old friend from when he was a real cop. After the lobbyists try to buy him, he finally gets a real customer and the book takes off. I am already searching for the next book in the series. Read this on my Kindle and the typos were so numerous I almost quit reading. Overall, it was alright but there were too many side stories going on so you felt like there just wasn't enough depth to any of the stories. I'll read the next book in the series to see if it's any different. If it is written the same way, that is with 3 or 4 stories that never meld together, I think it'll be the last of the series for me. I'd rather have one story with in-depth characters and more to it than 3 or 4 half-way stories to read.
