Ok, so my take on this series so far. Extremely frustrating to read. Although I do have to say I am so happy that I forced myself to keep reading to the end. Because hell if I have said it before, Keira is infuriating and more so is Dominic. Also the book is a little overkill with the detail. I mean I don't find it necessary to describe in explicit detail every item of clothing that every character and subcharacters are wearing. Other than that minor pet peeve of mine, this series was downright intense when it would finally get to the fucking point! And then when it got there, all that detail sure did not get you ready for what was happening. But that is why I gave the book 3 stars and not 4/5. 19% into the book so far and it is still just as awesome. The author definitely knows her stuff. I am on edge trying to figure out what is going to happen I can't believe some of the stuff Keira had to go thru it makes me want to kick Draven, but I still love him lol.45% into book and OMG. First off I love kiera's shadowed protector sighurd, he is awesome and super hott! I can't believe she has to try to get into hell. And the Oracle was so not what I expected lol, but as always looks can be deceiving! Now I understand that Keira needs to disguise herself but omg I wonder what Draven will say when he sees her new doo, lol. I can picture everything while reading this book and let me tell u I can totally hear Draven growling when he sees what Keira did to disguise herself lol. This blink if so good and I don't want it to ever end, but alas, all good things must come to an end and the afterlife series is no exception even though I wish it was!finally finished and the worst part Is that it is over and so now I have to practice this thing caked patience which btw is something that I don't have. another bad part Is the fact that the main that are in all of the other books aren't really in this one but it changed near the middle or end. I loved this book. I felt like I was transported back in to the book and was watching everything happen for real. this author is truly talented and amazing and this is one of my favorite series ever. I love Draven but I am so angry with him right now. lucious is still hott and sygurd and jared are awesome additions to the characters In this book. of course they are hott too lol. Keira has went through so much and I just couldn't believe all of the things she had to overcome and go through to save Draven. she is a strong and independent woman and heroine in this story and I love her character. she has loyal friends like Pip who is awesome and funny as can be lol. not to mention jack, RJ, Sophia, Vincent, and etc. I love love love this series and can not wait for the next part!!!!!!!! THIS IS A MUST READ!!!!!!
