I had this book for a few months and even though it was free didn't read it until last night. I am so glad I finally read it. It was so real I honestly started to cry towards the end. Like Tucker says "WOW". The author is fantastic in bringing the characters to life. I honestly could not put the book down, but didn't want it to end either. Thank you for a delightful book.Note : there were no typos, no grammar errors; very well thought out story. For those that gave it's low rating I just don't get it. I have read over 90 books in three months and this by far was one of the best. I don't know how I found this 20 year old book but I'm glad I did. Prodigal son Tucker returns after 20 years to his estranged father's home while recovering from bad injuries in an airplane crash. Harley (girl) is house sitting at father's home for the summer (dad is sailing). They both have a lot of baggage. She helps him recuperate and strengthen (and try to repair the relationship with his father)and he helps her deal with insecurities and psychological wounds from a terrible childhood.Good writing, only a few steamy parts (maybe there wasn't so much steam way back when), but good characters and nice storyline (and HEA).
Enjoyed the story a lot. Had a bit of humor which I like. Would definitely recommend this one..
