Loved book 1. Loved book 2. I couldn't figure out why I just really had mixed feelings about this book. Until I mulled it over. Partly its that there is SO much negative shit. Bad situations, bad choices. Rock and a hard place wherever our heroine turns. I don't need that. I have enough drama, negativity and shitty choices in my own life and I read to escape that. That said.Spoilers: Rape. Rape is IT. Its the thing that while it may be forgiven. Trust is not *ever* given back. I thought, silly me, that somehow Disco would get written out of the story. And less shitty choices would appear. I'm still reading Ms. Saare's other works. But I'm done with this series. So this book made me think that the Author is going in a threesome direction where the forbidden thing Piane wants is both of them not just her. But her is the thing I dont understand if that is the direction the author wanted to take why does she keep making it clear that while they both love Piane they cannot live without eachother. For example how she can except Piane's death and tell him to move on when she literally went back in time to prevent Disco's. Seems to me like if she does follow through with this whole him coming back to life threesome thing that he will be getting the short end of the stick. I think he should be able to find someone who loves him completely.
Great follow up to Renfield Syndrome.
