Then, when skedaddling gave way to the need for sizzle-snoring sleep, the good earth mothered them in a fine, small pocket for a nest. The Family Swarm of Honey Bees left the old hives and fashioned new ones in the crotches of the Hemlock’s sturdy limbs.
