Abigail lived in a nice neighborhood near the ministry where she worked. She had a beautiful two-story brick house with a two-car garage and elaborate stonework around the front entryway. The lot was professionally landscaped and water from the sprinkler system arched across the lawn. The house seemed big for just one person, but then it occurred to me that I didn’t know if she lived alone or not.
