I was disappointed by the book. I was in love with the six - i think every girl wants to be be friends with an awesome group of guys like them. Although Riley and Ace were very amazing and cute together, the plot line was a bit unrealistic. It was very emotional and there was a big unexpected cliffhanger in the end. I think that Riley should also get a life. It made me a bit frustrated that she was just going to mope around all day waiting for Ace's phone call, and isolate herself from any social encounters. After Ace left, the whole story just went downhill until the surprising ending. The middle of the book felt all grey and depressing. Pesonally, I regret reading this book and will not be reading the next of the series. DNF.I adore books where the heroine has a strong friendship with a guy. Childhood guy friends who have been with you all along and then turn into something more when you grow up- I eat that shit up. So that times six? I was sold on it completely. Needless to say, I was majorly disappointed. I could tell about twenty pages in that it was not nearly what I was hoping for. The writing style and dialogue was hard for me to get through, and the main character, Riley, drove me absolutely bananas. I could not stand her. I almost neverrrr give up on a book, even if I have to force myself through it, but I can't force myself through this one. Such a disappointment!
