a very short read. interesting story...I got this ebook for free at the time. Too bad its only part 1. Debating if i should get the 2nd part..its a short story so not sure if i want to spend the money on just short chapters of part 2. I really do want to know what happens to Mak and Jonathan...I can tell he knows its HER even though she puts on a fake alias... she is just keeps thinking he doesnt have a clue. I want to read how things unravel. The things she does to get her story for her career is crazy. But then again, real life people do take that drastic measure to get a scoop to have their story printed front page. This book was not for me, after reading the title I joked with my friends that I'd found my book for the night. I made it as far as chapter 4 but even the best will in the world couldn't get me to read any further, so glad it was a free read. The first few pages have Mak the main character making out with herself on the dance floor and it went downhill from there she fumbles around, supposedly a reporter, laughing in inopportune places, stumbling around spilling tomato juice down a Chanel ivory suit even her notebook falls from her shirt and get put in the toilet. I love comedy but this was just awful I was embrassed while reading it maybe I'm too old or maybe it's just not my humour but I feel I did well to make it to chapter 4.
