After the ending in the vampire love story, I was hoping that Josiah and Tommy would meet up again in the next story and this book didn't disappoint. It also worked for me in the way that it expanded a bit more on Jo's relationship with Lena, which hadn't been focused on as much in the first book as I would have liked. This book took it a step further and I enjoyed it. Having Josiah work with Tommy in terms of taming him was a brilliant idea and I was right there with them along for the ride, in moments hoping that Tommy didn't turn and end up hurting anyone. Great book and a must for fans of the writer, and also fans of all things Supernatural. I loved this book as well! I also love how almost all of the beings have a bunch of money and they don't have to work for their houses and estates. (Make me wanna be a Mani as well.) :) I found that the training was a bit short and almost far too easy. Even the Chosen shouldn't have gotten it in just one night. It was a bit predictable. Other than that... I loved seeing how the Mani and Carni worlds.
Cheesefest. I'm not going to waste my time reading the rest of the series.
