I didn't like this book as much in the beginning as I did "My Familiar Stranger". Also, the story would jump from one thing to another. Not far into it though, things started making sense. When you want something bad enough, you continue through any storm. I loved when Litha first laid eyes on Storm. "She had no idea or warning that there was a place in her heart that harbored a secret desire. But, just like that, in the blink of an eye, Litha suspected that the feeling that washed over her, leaving an indelible impression, was love." After I read that, I knew It was On! Storm, still feeling rejected from Elora choosing Ram, didn't want anything to do with Litha. His world was about to be turned upside down. This was the second installment in the Black Swan Knights series. I loved this book as much as I loved the first book. We are introduced to some fun new characters. One is a witch and one is Succubus. I hope that we see more of both of these characters. This author is amazing at character development and carrying you through the story without ever realizing how enamored you are. I absolutely love this series so far and purchased the next book to continue reading as soon as I was done with this one.
