I loved this book, but was hard pressed to get passed the first 200 pages. It was painful with agonizing anticipation. I stopped often knowing the situation would go from bad to worse and not knowing when it would end. The only solace I had was knowing there was another book in the series. I will read all the books that contain the Latvala Royals. The stories are fun, entertaining and easy to read (non emotionally speaking). But as with all her books in this series, I am left with questions at the end that I wished were not overlooked. It is irritating, but not enough to not have read the book. What a gripping series, fantastic. The character development throughout the series was wonderful. I did miss Mattias in this book as he had become one of the favorites. I feel the book 4 and 5 could have been merged into one. But what a terrific way to express emotions. I could visualize every action, every emotion, when someone was escaping or in hospital. And it is one of the few books about which I dreamt after finishing and disappointed that its finished. Fantastic and congratulations to the author.
I truly enjoyed this and I agree with @sumsum, this is one of Danielle's best books!!!!
