Tremble is a book that I have been waiting for a very long time. As soon as I got approved for the title on NetGalley, I dived into the book and drowned myself in its awesomeness. The Denazen series is a series that's dear to me because I have loved it from book 1 and Jus Accardo does not fail to impress in this installment.I love the growth that Dez has undergone throughout the series. She started off as an impulsive and rebellious young woman, but she has matured so much over the course of the books. In Tremble, Jus Accardo takes it further with Dez's character by allowing her to grow even further. Dez has turned into a strong, level-headed heroine that you can't help but root for. After the events of Toxic, she has blossomed into an even braver character than she initially was. I was glad that despite the many ups and downs that she endured in the previous books, she hasn't allowed those events to weaken her even a bit. In fact, I would say that Dez has learned so much from her past mistakes. Dez was the sort of character who was willing to battle demons to help the people that she loves. I loved what an independent, fearless and spunky character she was. I was also happy that she didn't let the fact that Kale was absent from her life break her down. Instead, she went along with her life, but still planning on saving him. Kale also went through hell in Tremble. He had to overcome so many obstacles and it seemed like they would not stop coming in his pathway, but despite that he was a strong character. I loved his sweet innocence in this series. It is what makes him so lovable. Kale has to be one of the heart-warming love interest that I have ever read about and that is exactly what I loved about him. No matter how much I love my bad boys in my YA books, I have a soft spot for the genuinely caring ones. As far as the villains go, they still fill me with so much hatred and I doubt that will change anytime soon. These are the sort of villains that you actually enjoy hating because they are just terrible human beings. Jus Accardo has crafted wonderful secondary characters in this series and I'm happy to say that they are even better in this installment. When I went into Tremble, I knew I could count on Jus Accardo to feed me plenty of action that would leave me breathless and that's exactly what she did. The book started with a bang and right up to the last page, it was action-packed. Brimming with suspense, Tremble kept me on the edge of my seat. I devoured this book because I was so invested in it. The world-building was also further developed. Tremble was the kind of book in which there was never a dull moment. By the time it ended, I still wanted more. The romance in this series has been one of my favorite aspects of it. Dez and Kale share such a beautiful relationship. They make each other much better people and that is exactly why I love them together. Kale's innocence complements Dez's rebellious streak. These two were just perfect together! In Tremble, their love was put to test by circumstances, but by the end of the book, it was stronger than it ever was. Kale said the sweetest things ever which made up for some swoon-worthy moments between them. Ever since Touch, Jus Accardo has been one of my favorite authors. Her brilliant writing has an addictive quality to it. Plus, it helps that she takes her time to build her world, develop her characters and make us swoon with her romance. There's no doubt after reading this book that I'm buying every single thing she writes even if its a book about penguins! That's how much I love her books!Tremble was my favorite book in the Denazen series. Complex characters, rich world-building and a romance that gave me butterflies and made me wish that I had a Kale too, Tremble surpassed all my expectations. Fans of the series, this is not an installment you want to miss! And for those of you who haven't tried this series yet, then now's definitely the time.
I felt that this one was slightly better in some ways but slightly worse in others.Bright sides for me include;- The fact that there wasn't any damn love triangle. Hallelujah. - The old lady was a lot less annoying.- Alex and Dez managed to work out becoming friends and surprisingly it worked quite well.- Dez's mum worked out how to be a mum.- Some cute scenes. That's a pretty decent list. However I think the downsides have really outweighed the positives for me on this one just like the last. Don't get me wrong I love this series and gladly read each book in a few hours however it does have issues. My main one for this installment is the fact of Kale's memory. As you should remember form the ending of Toxic, Kale gave himself up to Dez's father so Dez would be saved. In this one her father has used a Six to wipe Kale's memory only they couldn't full get rid of Dez so her pesky bitch of a half sister had dyed her hair, wears the same clothes and changes her name to Roz so Kale thinks this is Dez. (this isn't a spoiler as its revealed in the first few chapters.)My issue with this is well everything. Sure we all know that the best part of a romance in a novel is when the hero and heroine are skating between a flirty friendship to a boyfriend, girlfriend official romance but Dez and Kale worked and because apparently Accardo wanted to shake things up she took Kale's memory away so Dez and Kale could go round two and being a flirty friendship. This annoys me. I wanted them together, they got together, they couldn't touch, they stayed together, Jade came along and messed things up, they stayed together, they wipe his memory? I mean really? Really? That is totally necessary? My other issue is this one really had nothing happen. In fact apart from the memory loss and a secret being revealed nothing much changed or happened. This one felt like a lot of cat and mouse but then the mouse turns out to be a dummy. Then you see another one and the same thing happens.Don't get me wrong it's an interesting read and you'll like it just as much as the last one but it was a filler. It's a filler and really so was the last one. I feel Accardo could of definitely combined this one and the last one into one and cut rid of that awful love triangle and still have the meaty stuff us reader care about. I also think by the end of this series we will agree it could of been done in three.Overall. entertaining read that is a filler but fans of the last two will enjoy this part. Could of been better. Could of been worse it was good.P.S (view spoiler)[The fact Kale and Dez's half sister who turns out not to be her half sister have sex didn't annoy me or throw me off the book because Kale didn't remember Dez and in fact at the time believed that the sister was Dez. Clearly they would have sex if he thought that. So yeah it wasn't needed at all and was definitely added for shock value but it doesn't change anything to me. (hide spoiler)]
What do You think about Tremble (2013)?
Jus Accardo is back but this time with the third instalment in the Denazen series - Tremble. Am I the only one who thought this was the final book? Well, you can imagine my surprise when I reached the end and was like no way is that the end, it can't be! Thankfully, after a bit of Internet searching, I realised I'd completely forgot that it was now a five part series, rather than just three. Thank the lord! Because there is no way I would have been happy with that ending.Anyways, Tremble picks up shortly after Toxic ends and Dez isn't haven't the best of time. She's trying to locate Kale - who is now in the hands of her father and Denazen. However, when Dez finally finds Kale, or should I say, Kale finds Dez, he's not the same person she once knew. Dez has the hardest and most emotional job in the world and that's trying to get Kale to remember who he is, while also trying to locate more Six's, trying to keep her health up, which is slowly getting worse, oh and trying to stay out of sight of Denazen because she's now officially on their hit list. Aw, Dez's life is never easy is it? And that's one of the reasons I enjoy this series so much. Dez is a kick-ass main character, she's got attitude and style, she's rash and unpredictable and also pretty funny too. And Kale, one of my favourite book boyfriends, he never seizes to amaze me. Because of Dez and Kale's circumstance's in Tremble, they have so many emotional times together. Kale's different because of what Denazen have done to him. Of course Dez is there every step of the way but, if you thought Toxic was emotional with the whole 'jade' thing, what until you read this. Get the tissue's ready!I'm really enjoying the direction this series is going. The plot keeps getting thicker and thicker and it's still very unpredictable - which is fantastic. New characters are introduced and it not once feels like Jus is just adding them as filler characters. Each new character needs to be there and I really enjoyed getting to know them.Overall, Tremble was a great addition to the series, and even though it wasn't my favourite, I still love this series. It's safe to say, I'm excited to see what will happen next and Jus hasn't disappointed me so far, and I don't think she will.

I loved this series so much, i loved the first book, Touch, and when the second one came, Toxic, i really hated it. And then i find out that Kale did something i HATE and since i couldn't forgive him for it, and i thought it was better to quit before i lose my patience and time pointlessly.(as can be seen by Ferdy's review). I am sorry Denazen series, i really loved you but we are not destined to be. And i am also sorry to everyone i recommended this. it's not worth it. Except if you like (view spoiler)[cheating (hide spoiler)]

SPOILERS!!! I was going to read this book.... Then, I found out that one of my favorite teenage heroes cheats on the heroine... With her sister! Who the f*** does that? Why would you make my precious Kale do this Jus Accardo? WHY? You made me want to throw things. The second book made me mad enough but this is the end. I don't think I can read any more books by this author, sorry! I hate it when my favorite people in a book cheat on their girlfriend/boyfriend or get cheated on. That is when I q
