Robert opened his eyes again and found his bed empty.This is disconcerting.He said to himself. He rolled over and groaned as the muscles in his lower back spasmed.I know I didn’t dream it this time; she was here when I came to bed.He recalled her body arranged face down on the bed, one leg bent to the side, her buttocks so creamy and her back so scarred.
