She’d known she was in no frame of mind for company, but she hadn’t wanted to be alone. And staying at home while Alexander was there had been out of the question. So what else had there been to do but shit all over her best friend? Quinn sighed. Her selfishness and callous disregard were enough to make her cry all over again, but Ethan couldn’t be ignored while she wallowed in self-pity, though she needed to do one thing this morning before anything else.
