Okay I confess. I couldn't finish this book. I got to page 259 and the story was just dead. The storyline was good and I couldn't wait to find out what happened to Anna's mum. The characters were good and Anna's relationship was sweet. I would recommend this book if you have the time to read the book because it does start to slow down. I sped through the first 200 pages and loved it. I loved Seth he was so kind and understanding of Anna's situation. Although she still wants to live a normal life I think soon she will have no choice. I do like the cover it's quite nice. I would rate the part of the book I read 3.5 stars out of 5. I enjoyed this book but at parts I thought it was abit slow going. I liked that Anna finally had some answers about the magic side of her family. I absolutely love Abe and really want something to happen between him and Anna I was mad at Seth but mad at Anna also for questioning if the love spell from the first book was still there. I was shocked at the end about a certain character but not 100% I sort of suspected it. I much prefeeed the first book and hoping that the 3rd book will be much better than the 2 and not so slow moving.
Read this book and isnt as good as the first one but things never are but i still loved this one!!
