I listened to this book on Audible- it was predictable, but fun. I think the narrator really made the book even better- every time I turned it on, I had trouble when I needed to turn it of, and even had trouble doing anything else while I was listening to it. Just a fun book- lawyer goes to small time to do favor for recently deceased, beloved grandmother, and ends up liking it better than she thought. The characters were interesting, and the reader put a lot of life into it. A good book to disappear into for awhile. I have read the German version, named "Der Sommer der Blaubeeren".I liked this! Started to read - and did not stop before I've reached the last page.A bit too predictable and bit too gender stereotype - but that is no obstacle for me when I'm looking for an entertaining romance. ;)A very nice summer holiday reading! And it's the time (at least in Germany) when you can get blueberries everywhere.
What do You think about Un Amore Al Mirtillo (2013)?
Just a good summer read with great "laugh out loud" situations .
