* I received this book through goodreads first reads giveaway in exchange for an honest review*This book is certainly better than the first in the series. The plot was much more apple along and the writing more appealing. I still struggled at times because it was a little slow for me, but I still enjoyed it overall. Plot was nicely planned out and written, characters were developed well. Overall it's a good quick read. Very sweet romance story that taught me a few things. In this second novel in a delightfully humorous and romantic series, we find food stylist/ house stylist Riley Brown adjusting to life being a single and living in Georgia. To her shock, a handsome author rescues her from a life threatening episode at a house she is styling, to only place her heart in a treacherous situation.Cleverly woven into this tale are the characters we grew to love in the first novel. We have the Cupcake club members only too ready to help Riley find her heart. Quinn Brannigan has returned to the small Georgian island, Sugarberry, to remember his Grandfather and find an answer to his novel which seems to be heading in a new direction. He finds he can't get Riley out of his mind. This was a fun filled romance. I truly enjoyed reading it and the recipes at the end are a bonus.
What do You think about Un Bacio Alla Vaniglia (2013)?
Quinn made this book. He was a wonderful hero and Chapter 17 was my favorite.
