HOT as hell!!! Slade is one bad ass bad boy and his Angel - awwww - I love Slade. At first I kept thinking, ok how bad can he really be...? Then I was like ummm OK he is a true bad boy doing what he wants when he wants.Sam A.K.A Angel is one stubborn woman - OMG she is a hot mess and has me crackign up all the time. Angel & Slade are great together and make a wonderful team. The entire cast is really amazxing and keep you going from beginning to end. Not gonna rate it, but I'm about 34% in and I'm just not feeling it. It started out interesting, and I liked the overall concept of it, but there are a few things I can't get past. One, the writing style feels like it needs editing. The dialogue is disjointed and hard to follow sometimes. There's nothing witty to draw me in. The characters are hard to relate to. Slade (I can't get over that name, it almost sounds sleezy to me) kills that nickname of "Angel" that he gives Samantha. I literally find myself forgetting her name because he calls her Angel so much. It's annoying. There's also a lot of mundane details about what the characters are doing and wearing and it bores me.I can put up with those things if there's an interesting plot to follow, but there's not even that. Slade suddenly becomes dominant for no apparent reason and it just felt like the author was trying to hop on the 50 Shades bandwagon all of the sudden. And why does he fall in love with Sam after just hearing her voice? Seriously? The town playboy? Too unbelievable to me. Just not feeling it.
