It was impossible for Susan to stay angry at Breezy, especially after everything she’d been through, so the next morning found her walking over to Breezy’s as if they’d never had an argument. She unlocked the door and stepped inside, smugly noting that the roses were all put into vases spread throughout the living room, hall and kitchen.
