Let me start off by saying that this book rocks!!! I was so happy with the way Claire wrote this book. You get the Rock star and the sweetheart all in one book!!! This was not your typical Rocker romance. This book brings you into another world that we don't usually get when reading about a rock star's romance. Okay, Adrian is your everyday man that you can't help but falling for. He is the southern gentleman that every girl drools over, and me being from Houston, TX I can say Claire nailed it! On the other hand Adrian has an alter ego named KENT DOWNER... and yeah he is your typical bad boy rock star. I love that we see his cocky, confident self when he is "in character", and then when he washes away Kent you are left with the sweet, shy Adrian who creeps his way into your heart, and buries himself there before you even realize it. EEK!!! Definitely a must read. This was a nice read with a mix of romance, intrigue, custody battles and family issues. Libby is a children's author and she meet rock star Kent on a TV talk show. Kent is the alter ego of Adrian, a simple shy man who has custody of his niece, Kate. Kate loves Libby's books and when Kate's Nanny quits, Libby steps in to help out till the Australian rock tour ends. When the ex nanny starts making untrue allegations to the press, Kate's aunt sues for custody. This is a well written story, the characters are super and I was sorry to reach the end of the story. Looking forward to Claire Boston's next book.
