I liked this book, but had to suspend belief on part of it. I thought it was funny that Jenna's friends entered her in this usual sweepstakes, especially considering that she won. What are the odds! It was the resort and how Jenna was handled that made me suspend my belief. I thought the idea of the resort to be funny, that it would cost so much even more so. I thought the idea of same sex guides to be a good idea. When things happen and Jenna gets stuck with a male one and things start to go out of control at their first meeting, I had to just go with it. At this point Brent should have brought in another person, maybe not handed her over totally to the other person, but have both supervise her. And he sure shouldn't have participated in her fantasies. If you can get past that, I found it interesting to see Jenna discover her sexuality. I was glad to see that she didn't just change overnight, but that she balked at things along the way.I knew the ending was coming the way it did, not sure what I think about it. I think it would have been better for Jenna to go back to her life and see if she could take what she learned and lived her life. Smutty, Smut, Smut, not that that is necessarily a bad thing. The plot was a little far reaching, the heroine wins a trip to an erotica resort. She is pretty vanilla and not into it, but decides to go to enjoy the sun and beach. Enter her hot sex guide who plans fantasies for her, he is not suppose to get involved with her, yeah that lasted 5 minutes and they were doing it every which way possible. Lots of role playing fantasies that were pretty sexy. You had the naughty school girl, love slave/harem girl, pirate plundering the wench, the dom/sub dungeon, masquerade sex party, I felt like I was watching a porno film . They also really got into the dirty talk which made me a little embarrassed sometimes and the girl on girl / guy on guy went a little overboard. But if I rate it for what it was it was a decent erotica book.
What do You think about What She Needs (2009)?
Interesting premise - resort Hotel Erotique that helps with sexual issues.
