When Mountains Move (Library Edition): A Novel (2013) - Plot & Excerpts
I loved this book - started yesterday and would have finished last night but my eyes wouldn't stay open. I did feel that I was missing something, not realizing that it was a sequel to Into the Free. I'll be reading that tomorrow. It was romantic, Christian, American Indian, and so much more. There was conflict, lies, emotional and physical pain - life. This is the kind of book I'd like to read more of. When I read Into the Free a couple of years ago I fell in love with it. When Mountains Move picks up with Millie and Buck right as they are starting their lives together starting with a big move from Mississippi to Colorado. I finished this in nearly one sitting. Julie Cantrell is a beautiful writer and the story and characters were completely engrossing. I had a little issue with the ending feeling a little far-fetched, but overall I loved this book and look forward to more from this author.
