Very much enjoyed "Whiplash," my first Catherine Coulter book, and I so appreciate being able to jump in right in the middle of a series and still understand what's going on. This book appealed to me because of its plotline involving a sudden shortage of a much-needed chemotherapy drug. Loved the private investigator, the married FBI agents, the short, snappy chapters, the fact that I didn't figure out whodunnit 'til the very end. Will definitely be reading more of this author! to long, to boring and definitely to far from reality. I know it's a novel, but there is no way the FBI agent would let a PI hang around, have his daughter staying with her and managing to get her free ....... and what is sherlock and savich doing with Sean all the time ? They jump all over the places and their son is somewhere, just to come up anytime "......naaaaa. Not good ! And the senator ......naaaa, naaaaa sorry no way !
What do You think about Whiplash (2010)?
I like her style of fun, easy reading. Good escape that doesn't use to many brain cells.

A good read, not as good as others in the series but a good read anyway.
