This was right up my alley. Dan has left home in a hurry and after a combination of bad judgement and luck has found himself hopelessly lost in woods, hungry, blistered and demoralised. He finds a patch of raspberries and starts to gorge himself. Tyler isn't amused to find Dan trespassing,especially as to his horror he nearly shot him. They end up having to spend time together.Set over a few weeks, mainly in and around Tyler's cabin, mutual hurt and comforty,young guy and hard-boiled soldier. Yum. I kept waiting for something to happen. Even the HFN ending was pretty blah. While I liked the whole not just jumping into bed together, even when they did finally get around to it. It was just okay. I wasn't really feeling the connection with these two. Tyler had a lot of angst problems that were never resolved. It would of been better with more action from that. Dan. Well. He s young, emotionally. For all his complaint about being called 'boy' he sure lived up to it.
