No matter what.When these 2 meet it makes for some funny dialog and Ryder finds himself being out in his place and his self centred attitude and behavior challenged on more than one occasion. Scarlett does not make it easy for him and that is a huge part of his attraction to her. When he goes all out and organizes for Scarlett and her son to fly out to see the best doctor there is that can help her son they seem to get along so well and have great chemistry. But things aren't always as they seem, when a Ryder decides to give Scarlett a suprise visit, he gets a suprise of his own that he did not see coming.. Ryder is an ASSHOLE, COCKY & a LADIES MAN. What Ryder wants Ryder gets and no stopping him, Money, Famous Tennis player Walks the Walk and Talks the Talk. That is till he has an accident, an injury that keeps him off the court and out of luck with the ladies. Ryder meets his match when a fan connects him and Scarlett together. Their story is funny, warm hearted and gets heated. Scarlett and Ryder are in for a ride in Vol.2 and I can't wait to read it. 5 Stars...Rose O.M.G. I just finish reading this book, and I love it, love the character, cant believe it end it like this, now I cant wait to read the next book, I have to say I am a fan of Missy and I love her writing, this book had me laughing at some part, I am gone keep this short since I don't want to give anything away.The story begging with Ryder, he is a professional Tennis player, he is good at what he does, but he is also known for his behavior outside the court, he knows for partying hard, and sleeping with womanizer, that's how the night before a big play Ryder end up bring a woman and her three friends to his hotel room, that's how he end up having an accident, now being in the hospital he decide to read some fan mail, that's how became to a letter wrote by a little boy name Jake, after reading Jake letter he decide to call him but end up talking to the mother, after few days of talking on the phone he finally got her name Scarlett, what he was not expecting was for his life to change.I really love and enjoy reading this book, I love how Ryder is with Scarlett and Jake, and love it how he start to change. now I cant wait to read the second book.
