I read this little book for book club. It follows a family and the story changes perspective throughout--rotating between the characters. At first I found this a bit annoying, but after a while I enjoyed it. The story opens just before Christmas with Kelley, the owner of a bed and breakfast, catching his wife cheating with Santa Claus. From there, we meet 3 of his 4 children and his ex-wife and piece together the past and the present. A light, entertaining read. This is my first reading of this author. It is based around Christmas at an inn, whose business is slowly evaporating, on Nantucket. Each member of the family seems to be in the midst of crisis, and they are somewhat disfunctional. They pull it together although its ending leaves you knowing there will be another crisis on the way. It was an interesting read leaving you with some upbeat feelings.
What do You think about Winter Street (2014)?
A delightful Christmas read that opens the door for many stories to follow.

Really enjoyed the book until I found the book felt unfinished.
