Witch Born (2012) - Plot & Excerpts

This one annoyed me more but since I had to finish the story I read it. Where to start.... Coven 1 does not know about the existence of Coven 2. Coven 2 goes and befriends the enemies to destroy Coven 1. Well, the plot was typical.Once a war hero in the previous book,Brusenna is belittled and then she goes on and saves the world again..... The most irritating part was introducing CORD to create a love triangle... Most of the characters like Sacra, Drenelle, Joshen and Arianis were annoying but the winner was the Composer... Verdict - Book 1 was way interesting than this one. I thought this was a great book and I could barely put it down. As a sequel, I felt it wrapped up most, if not all questions that the first book left you with. It had a great flow and stayed true to Senna's values and showed her growth throughout the book. The only thing I would have liked to read would have been the ceremony between Senna and Joshen binding them as witch and guardian. I know their reunion implied this however a epilogue would have just tickled my fancy.
