2.5 I read this solely because I needed a book set in Hawaii. And the choices seemed to be mostly romance or adrenaline junkie based so I got bored of looking. Doesn't anyone get murdered there for goodness sake?I got the sense of de javu that I get from a lot of romance novels. It was Ok, not wildly imaginative and it all sounded a bit familiar to something I've read before, except it was set in Hawaii. There was a lot of arguing / jealousy between the two lovers and a lot of stuff involving their friends which got a bit tiresome. There is a somewhat baffling tangent about a stalker which doesn't really add anything to the story.I've read better and I've read worse. Can't say i feel compelled to read more by this author. This series just gets better and better. I can’t stop reading them. This story was just as beautiful as the others and way more steamier. This is Evan and May’s story. It focuses more on the Dom/Sub relationship. I could not get enough off Evan. That Dom could order me around all day. I enjoyed reading about May. She is strong and vulnerable. Evan and May had hard childhoods, his I wouldn’t wish on any child. For them to overcome the past and move forward together. The sex scenes are hot and steamy, the chemistry between Evan and May is sizzling and the love story is beautiful.
Just reread this. I enjoyed it. What a nice sexy story. Love Evan and May.
