First i wanted to say, Ethan day is one of my favorite author of all time.i really love the whole series of sno ho, i actually read it twice now.. i love how the story moves, each character of the series, and the ending. its not special or unique to me but it is amazing and very sweet romance. i just love the humor of the protagonist, both of them were such a smart ass. HOWEVER...i was hoping that ethan day shows us the future of these two. i love them but considering their fast pace romance, it bothers me a bit about their future lives. are they still gonna be together in 10 or 20 years? though i am very satisfied with the ending, i just want to read even one or two sentence/s about their future. (i know! im demanding!)BUT...still... 5 star for me, i deeply enjoy everything about their relationshipP.S. the twins lonny and donny reminds me of JEDWARD! hahaha.. I reread the first two books in the series before reading this Christmas short.I love parts of these books. The humor is often hysterically funny, the secondary characters are quite memorable, and the emotions are sometimes touching. OTOH there isn't much plot...and, most seriously for me, the MC is a big time serious chick-with-dick character. This time around it really really bugged me -- he repeatedly calls himself a slut or a whore, his knees literally go weak when the other MC is around, he feels overwhelmed by the other MC, he's constantly putting on girlie airs, he repeatedly calls himself "hysterical" when he gets upset and he's emotionally unstable and a drama queen, and so on. The only nod to his supposed masculinity is his height, over 6 feet -- and heck, I'm a 6 foot tall woman myself, so that doesn't make a huge impression on me.Anyway, enough complaining. In relation to the series, this story is a fine continuation of the story showing us the first Christmas Eve that Boone spends in his new home with Wade. All the regulars are there from the other two books, acting just as nuts as they always have. Nothing terribly significant happens, but it's just as funny as the other stories have been.
