The idea behind this book was wonderful. I was looking forward to savoring each picture and catching little glimpses into the mornings of other women, other families. Morning is my least favorite time of day and I thought perhaps this book would inspire me to improve my perspective on mornings. But the pictures were SO small. What a disappointment. It was hard to savor and appreciate and understand the details when I had to squint on each page. Disappointing, to say the least. I thought this sounded like an amazing book. 2 women 3191 miles apart post a photo every day for a year to a mutual blog. One lives in Portland Oregon, the other in Portland Maine. I've been intrigued by the idea of taking a photo a day for a year and thought this would be a source of inspiration. My guess is their blog must have been amazing....... the book was not. The photos vary in size, some only 1 inch square. Hard to see the details and thus making it very hard to relate to.I'd give it a miss.
This book and the 3191 blog are two of the loveliest things I've come across lately!

Gorgeous book, a favorite to pull out and look at when I am lacking inspiration.
