I loved this book. Granted, it is probably because I love swimming, but anyone who reads this book has to be inspired by Dara Torres's ability to age gracefully, stay fit, and pursue dreams. At 41, after retiring from competitive swimming altogether (and after having a baby), she came back and won three Olympic medals in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Eileen - you would love this book, too! "Don't put an age limit on your dreams." (Dara Torres, Beijing Olympics, 2008) Dara Torres is an incredible athlete! I have read about 109 year old people that still work 10 hour days in the field on the farm! Age means nothing. We can still be active, healthy, and thriving at any age. I have also read about a 93 year old bodybuilder who has a beach body and is able to do more exercise than most 18 year olds.I am 37 years old and can sprint around like a young kid as fast as I want and do over 125 pushups in a 6 minute set. Thanks for the great book Dara Torres! I loved everything in it. Especially the part about Resistance Stretching.

Interesting insight into her journey as a swimmer, not very well written though.
