This was a book that I grabbed off the library shelf as the title caught my eye. It is a very intriguing title for a book. However, this was super fluff. It's too bad because it looked like a lot of fun. When protagonist Teeny finds her fiancé playing naked badminton with two women in their backyard, she calls off the wedding. When her ex-fiancé is found dead a few days later she is the prime suspect. While there are some fun and funny moments in this book, the murder mystery part is just silly and the romantic part is just as hokey. although there is a sequel, I will not be reading it. Silly, cheesy, far-fetched... just a few words to describe this poorly executed novel. If I was reading it I probably would have given up on it, but listing to the narrator read in her various degrees of southern accents was interesting enough to keep listening in the car. It has an occasional part that made me chuckle, but the characters and plot were just so ridiculous. Unfortunately though, she ended the book with a random cliff hanger, so I probably will pick up the next one to find out what happens. Hopefully the writer has improved her writing skills for the next installment.
