I don't think I will ever hate any Brubaker is involved in. This was some of her back story, well just her trying to remember all the men who have sacrificed themselves to make sure she remains out of the clutches of that weird cult. Fatale is a no brainer. I mean just look at the covers!! Pulled me in straight away, excited to see where they go with this series. Now I have to wait till the new year for the next novel. It's going to be painful. This volume is finally, kind of, starting to break the pattern of "pretty lady is pretty, pretty lady is in danger, pretty lady narrowly escapes danger". But it's not bringing a whole lot more to the table. The art is getting redundant too. The whole thing is getting complacent. I wish the series were over so I could read the wikipedia page on it, find out how it ends, and move on with my life.
What do You think about Al Oeste Del Infierno (2014)?
Fun stand-alone stories which tie-into the series mythology. Good stuff.
