I had forgot I had read this, until I was looking through books on bookoutlet dot com.And I saw the cover and was like "I read this, I haven't put it in my 'read' shelf'. I barely remember it. I think they were witches? Or something. I didn't know it was book 7! I thought it seemed like it should have more books . but yea. I checked it out from my library. I don't even remember when I read this. . Oh well. I do think I liked this book though.. :D I am a pretty big fan of Atwater-Rhodes' Den of Shadows quartet, so I was curious to see what she would do with the sequel to Shattered Mirror. After being disappointed by the author's most recent vampire novels, I came into All Just Glass with some hesitation, but with this book Atwater-Rhodes was able to remind me why I liked her first series of books so much. Atwater-Rhodes creates vampires that don't irritate me. I read her novels before the Twilight series came out, and I was enchanted with how seductive, powerful, and sexy vampires could be. While I agree with other reviews I've read that the timeline in this story is just ridiculous for the amount of events that occur, I was still drawn into the action and could suspend my disbelief for good periods of time. One of the greatest faults I had was with the idea that the characters would be going to a Broadway musical. The action seemed out of place with the story, and naming the musical (Wicked, in case you were wondering) took me out of the story and annoyed me for some reason. I also didn't like that so many new characters were introduced without time given to really understand their motivations (or even what their part was--Fredrick, for instance--though I did eventually figure things out). But anyhow, all in all, I would say that this book is worth reading if you are a fan of Amelia Atwater-Rhodes, but be wary that some parts of it may distract or bother you.
