I read this one first, then bought the first one and I'm glad I did because it makes more sense that way. Both were hot slices of smut and I'd like the full pie in the form of a longer book but I'm happy with these two nibbles. Love the teacher/student kink and Carson's inventive and deliciously cruel. It's not a romance exactly between them in either story but I don't mind that. Makes a nice change. Whoo, holy crap, this was HOT!!! And I really didn't expect it to be. I'm not such a big fan of Dom/sub relationships usually, and there were quite a few aspects in this setup I thought I might have issues with (the professor/student thing for one) - but the thing is, I just dived into the whole naughtiness of the situation and LOVED it. No deeper considerations whatsoever. Spanking, I might have underestimated you. (In my books.)
