I love Ty and Zane. I am trying to read these books slowly because I don't want it to end. I just can't get enough of this fantastic duo!At the end of the last book, Ty took off and said he needed "to go". I really hated that. I'm glad I didn't have to wait for the next book to come out because that would have driven my crazy. I still don't understand why he did it?!? In this book, they end up working together to bring Julian Cross back to DC. It's a crazy car journey across the midwest. There are psycho CIA agents after them and they figure out along the way that everything isn't always what it seems.I absolutely loved some of the quiet moments between Zane and Ty. I don't know what it is about these two, but I can't get enough. I enjoyed the secondary characters in this book as well. They were good and added a lot to the story. ... *Sigh* I love Ty & Zane. Really, I do.Though, this just reminded me yet once again, I still haven't read Warrior's Cross. I know, I know- Bad Alana! Because as I understand it, it's basically Julian & Cameron's story- and I need to get on that shit.Maybe I'll try and squeeze that one in since this is *sadly* the end of the current titles available in audio for the Cut & Run series. And that SUCKS so bad. Though, should they finally do the next books and pick a different narrator, that might suck just as bad. But enough about sucking, let's talk about Armed and Dangerous. In regards to the narrator, about the one thing I was less than jazzed about was Cameron's voice. I just wasn't a fan of that particular voice. Not that he did a bad job, it does to some extent suit Cameron... but listening to it for a while grates the nerves.Story-wise... I'm on the fence. High action, espionage, intruige, spys, pasts, guns and handcuffs- oh my! A little on the ridiculous side at times, but that's part of what I love about this series, too. At, *thank goodness* it's not one of those 'gotta cut someone' endings... yet, they are coming- hold your horses.*Still bummed I have to switch back over to my eBooks after this*
