Unusual!This is unlike any other book I've ever read...it is really applicable to all of us- not just kids, but all ages. It explores that area of life we don't always want to look at, the times we got hurt, or lost ourselves, and forgot about that voice or being within that's always there, even when no one else is. I found this to be quite a hopeful and unique book, and I LOVE the meditation CD in the back. Every time I read this book I am moved to tears but the simple and timeless recognition of my inner spirit or "Bird of the Soul." I give my gratitude to the author for creating this work of art that someone of any background can open and start to remember the pure self they have inside but may have misplaced a long time ago. I share this with people of all ages, adults and children alike. (Kids get it much more quickly!)
