A free copy of this book was provided by the author in exchange for an honest review. So number one, as Bostonian I was elated to see my hometown represented in this book. This is my first read by this author, and it will probably not be my last. Aside from the story taking place in Boston, the story plot was good. I enjoyed being in Jazz's head...he was humorous. I always struggle with POV's from only one MC. I would have definitely liked to be in Dean's head, although the author did a good job of representing the other MC through the eyes of Jazz. Some of the secondary characters have been written about in previous books, so I am interested in reading their stories. It's always nice to get a feel of a secondary character without them overshadowing the MC's.This was well written and kept me interested from beginning to end. A definite recommend. Hmm... I didn't care for this one as much as the first two books in the series. I couldn't get as emotionally involved in Jazz. I think that's because I didn't find him particularly likable in the previous books so it was harder to get a feel for his personality at the get go. Dean really is a douche and I actually felt bad that Jazz ended up with him. Lots of crying and going back and forth with "should I" "shouldn't I". I really liked the first two books, though, so I'll still be looking for the next one in the series to read.
