What do You think about Böse Mädchen Leben Ewig (2011)?
Niece Shanna suggested this series to me three years ago and I read them. This was the last of the series I thought, but then I found another one. So I am re reading the Nice Girls Don't series. This is the third one. Poor Jane and her sire/ boyfriend Gabriel can't seem to connect except in bed. In this book lot points from from the second book are continued in the third book. Jane inherited the bookstore and improved it but now the distant relative of the previous owner shows up and although he expressed no interest in the business until now. All the characters are there. Zeb and Jolene (the werewoman) are overcoming the obstacles of parental influence in their marriage. Dick (the vampire) and Andrea (the blood donor) are growing in their relationship too. There's always a problem that involves Jane that has to solved and this one is okay.

Ok, so we're not going to pretend that this series is the deepest smartest thing you've ever read. 'Cause it's not. But what it IS, is something even better. This is fluff done right. The characters are smart, quirky without being annoying, and most importantly, funny. The sex is sexy not deranged, and peppers the stories just enough to keep them sizzling (icky mixed metaphor- I know- thank god I'm not an author!). I laughed aloud many times throughout- descriptions that didn't tickle me in the first or second book were reworked and tickled me in the third. These books can lack a certain momentum but you won't even notice until it's over, and even then it won't matter because you'll be reaching for the next one. Happy (and with these novels you actually will be) reading.
