Normally I think Megan Derr is a master at writing a short story. She seems to have this incredible ability to cram so much action PLUS a satisfying ending into few pages...I normally love her work. I just liked this one, though. The ending left much to be desired and I so wish it had been longer. WHY ISN'T IT LONGER???????This certainly won't turn me from this author, though. I love her stories and will continue to read ALL of them. :) 3.5 starsThis is one of those Megan Derr's frustrating stories which introduces you to awesome characters who obviously can burn the pages with their charm, mischief and hotness, hooks you with unique storyline which has enormous possibilities, makes you smile and giggle and then just... ends. *headdesk* I could easily see 300-pages novel in this and the fact that there isn't one is sad, sad, sad.
What do You think about By Mistake (2010)?
A sweet little story. Not quite long enough to do it justice, but still enough to entertain.
