This book was practically an exact duplication of her blog carrotsncake.com. Save yourself the money and just read her blog. With so many "healthy living" books out there, this one hardly brings anything unique or interesting to the table. She really doesn't give any valuable advice to people that have a general knowledge of how to lose weight or workout, but for someone completely new to a healthy diet and exercise you may find some tips and recipes on her blog, and the best thing about that is they are free! Seriously, save yourself the money! I read Tina's blog everyday, so I was excited to hear more of her tips and recipes in her book. Although I admire her for her organization in life & work, I felt that her book was scatterbrained and her thoughts were often incomplete. However, it was still interesting to hear more about Tina's journey to a healthy lifestyle and I recommend this book to people that enjoy reading Carrots 'N' Cake (the blog).
