This book was about a girl named Whitney, who loves football. Her dad died of a heart attack playing football at the park. She was best friends with Jason, but they stop hanging out after her dad dies. Jason becomes the Football Quarterback for Ash Valley. Whitney Doesn't try out until her junior year. When she does try out, the coach cuts her because he is sexist. He doesn't believe girls should play football. However, Whitney doesn't let that stop her. So, she try's out for Clinton Central High, and she makes it. She leads the team to victory. And, they beat Ash Valley. Eventually, Whitney meets Colt, but he isn't Jason. So, she doesn't really like him. Then, she starts going out with Jason. Everything ended perfect for her... Some of the things I liked about this book:1. Athletic girl2. Childhood friendsThe things I hated:1. There were just TOO MANY GUYS.2. The football games weren't detailed. :(3. The reason why Jason left Whitney was so petty, sorry :(4. I didn't get the characters.5. The ending, I mean, what happened to Dirk? To Sophie and Whitney's friendship? To Jason and his father? To Whitney's brother? AND TO COACH HARRINGTON?6. Also, the last part when Whitney said she didn't have time to worry about Jason when Clinton won... WHAT?
What do You think about Cinderella In Cleats (2000)?
I think if this story was longer it could have been amazing. I will have a review up shortly.

Predictable story line and her life's to perfect and stereotypical to be believable
