Cold Hearted - Pesona Wanita Yang Terluka (2009) - Plot & Excerpts
Beverly Barton weaves a great story. She adds just enough of suspense, family and love. Her stories always leave you wanting more. If you have read her then you know that she is right now writing about the Powell Agency which is the common thread though the last few books. Rick Carson works for Powells and is hired to find out who killed Senator Dan Price, all the clues point to Jordan Price, his wife. When you read this story you'll see what a great story teller Barton is as she will keep you guessing till the end. A very good mystery, with lots of possible shady characters. Beverly Barton's heroine; Jordan Price is sometimes almost to good to be true, but the anticipation of finding out "who" in this story makes it well worth the read. Intriguing line-up of many potential suspects keeps the reader guessing on this who-done-it. More of a romantic mystery than a romantic suspense, fans of locked room mystery's will enjoy this title.

would not recommend this book. Boring. Went on and on repeating what was already stated.
