A girl in her class, Meghan, aho is allergic to gluten gets special gluten-free cupcakes that Haley makes for her. Meghan's mom tries to stop the cupcake sharing at school and tries to pass a new rule saying that cupcakes can't be distributed in the school. She says that they are unhealthy, but really she's trying to make it so Meghan doen't feel left out. Meghan and Haley have to try to get the school board to sgree with them so cupcakes aren't banned. I think it was an okay book buy I gave it three stars because it didn't have the best ending. There were some loose ends that weren't tied up properly and I got a little confused because of that. I think the end should have been written differently becuase Meghan and Haley don't succeed and that's sort of a bad ending to a book. I did like how it talked about cupcakes though. I think it was a really cute book.
