I liked the first book, "The Continuous Atonement" better. But this book had some very good insights about keeping the commandment and serving out of love for God rather than a way to "earn" our ticket to heaven, which we can't do. Ultimately we need both Faith and Works and Works leading to more Faith.I liked the parts of the book in which he shared personal experiences and stories more than just quoting other books. He quoted Stephen Covey a lot! I love Brad Wilcox. The reason being, is that he is so simple when explaining the gospel. Everything is black and white, and I feel as though anyone who wants to learn more about the LDS church, could read one his books and have a greater understanding. He also lets me know that even though I am not perfect, as long as as my heart is in the right place, and I'm trying, everything will be okay. Fabulous book.
What do You think about Continuous Conversion (2013)?
There were a lot of profound ideas about the temple and service in the church. It was a great read!
